Pip Arena provides multi-model AI analysis for business questions. You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content, or to circumvent security or usage limits.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Credits and payments
Use of the service may be subject to credit consumption or payment. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit costs with reasonable notice. Paid plans are governed by the applicable plan terms and any separate agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Pip Arena service, including its design, software, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the questions and inputs you submit. You grant us a licence to process your inputs to provide the service and to improve our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law (Netherlands)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
